Innomme Accessoires Returns & Refunds Policy

Welcome to Innomme Accessoires! We are committed to providing you with high-quality, fashionable accessories through our Accessory Box subscription service. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully to understand your rights regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds for our subscription boxes.

1. Subscription Box Return Policy

  • Returnable Items: Due to the curated nature of our subscription service, items in each box are generall returnable and non-exchangeable. Each item is carefully selected to bring you unique style, and individual items cannot be returned or swapped for others during that month.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If any item in your box arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving your box. We will be happy to replace the item at no additional cost.

    • Proof Required: Please provide a photo of the damaged or defective item along with your email to help us process your request faster.
  • Shipping Costs for Replacement: If your replacement request is approved, we will cover all shipping costs for the replacement item.

2. Refund Policy

  • Subscription Cancellations: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; however, once a box has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for a refund. Future boxes will not be shipped or billed if the cancellation is made before the next billing cycle.
  • Refunds for Damaged Boxes: If your entire box is damaged upon arrival, please contact Customer Support within 7 days of receipt for assistance. We may offer a partial or full refund or send a replacement box, depending on the extent of the damage and availability of items.
  • Processing Time for Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account.

3. Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges on items from subscription boxes. However, if an item does not meet your expectations or sizing preferences, we welcome feedback to help improve future curation

4. Cancellation Policy

  • How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your online account or by contacting Customer Support at Bonjour@innomme-accessoires.com.
  • Billing Cycle Timing: Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming box. Cancellations made after the billing date will apply to the following month’s box.

6. Card Authorization and Payment Holds

  • Authorization Amount: When you sign up for the Innomme Accessory Box subscription, we may place an authorization hold of up to €400 on your payment card. This temporary hold helps ensure that your card is active and can process future charges related to your subscription.
  • Duration of Hold: The authorization hold will typically be released by your card issuer for up to 30 business days. However, the exact timing depends on your card issuer’s policy.
  • No Charges for Authorization Holds: Authorization holds are not actual charges and will not be billed to your account. The hold will reduce your available credit temporarily, but you will not be charged until the billing date for your subscription box.
  • Subscription Charge Date: Your card will be charged the subscription fee on the scheduled billing date, which will occur monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on your chosen plan.
  • Failed Authorizations: If your card authorization fails or if the authorization hold cannot be placed, you may be asked to provide an alternative payment method. This may also result in delays in the processing and shipping of your subscription box.
