1. What is the Innomme Accessoires Subscription Box?
The Innomme Accessoires Subscription Box is a monthly service that delivers a curated collection of fashion accessories to your door. Each box includes one handbag and 4-5 additional high-quality items such as jewelry, scarves, and hair accessories, all designed to enhance your style. At the end of each month, simply return your box and receive a fresh collection for the next month!
2. How are items selected each month?
Our team of stylists handpick each item with versatility and the latest trends in mind, ensuring every piece complements the others in your box. You’ll receive seasonally relevant pieces and items that suit a wide variety of outfits and occasions.
3. What if I don’t like an item in my box?
Our goal is for you to love every piece! However, if you’re not satisfied with an item, you can provide feedback by emailing us at bonjour@innomme-accessoires.com. This helps us better tailor future selections to your taste.
4. Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, we understand that flexibility is important. You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime through your online account. Just make sure to initiate any changes at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
5. When will I be billed?
Your first payment will be processed when you subscribe, and you’ll be billed monthly on the same date moving forward. For example, if you subscribe on the 5th, your next billing cycle will occur on the 5th of each subsequent month.
6. Is there an option to gift a subscription?
Yes! Innomme Accessoires Subscription makes a wonderful gift. Alternatively you can choose to gift our Special Occasion box which is a one off box - a perfect box for any special occasion!
